The kid's books are different from most children's books: They teach using jingles.
"Notes to Parents and Teachers" of preschool age kids follow wellness activities jingles in each kid's book. Artwork show examples of the wellness activities by a cat, dog, a boy and a girl. Kids can just listen to, say or sing the verses all of which give medically sound advice.

CONTENT OF HEALTHY JINGLES FOR KIDS BOOKS
These books explain important wellness activities for preschool and older children. The books are based upon medical research findings by the top medical schools in the world on the causes of illnesses that occur after age 50. These causes, such as lack of exercise, are then converted into benefits that could accrue to youngsters who learn about and adopt recommended wellness activities. The books differ from most children’s books in that they deliver a health and fitness message in the form of jingles which are then converted into color art work.

Following each jingle are “Notes to Parents” written by experts. These notes help parents elaborate upon the jingle after the jingle is read to the child. The three parts (the jingle, the notes to parents, and the art work) combine to impress beneficial health and fitness messages upon children. Although the books are aimed at teaching preschoolers, the jingles can be read and understood by youngsters ages 9 to 12 and older. All ages benefit from reading these books. Older people are particularly impressed when the find out why they suffered from a particular disease or how they avoided it.
