Quarstein, MBA, Ph.D. Human Resources, B-1926, Graduate Graduated with B.S. in 1950 from The U.S.M.A. at West Point, N.Y.; Awarded M.B.A. in 1975 from The College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, VA.; Ph.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA in 1986. Research in the Behavioral Sciences. Chair, Department of Management, Hampton University, Hampton, VA; Asst. Professor of Business Administration at Old Dominion University. Tenured Full Professor of Human Resources Management Saint Leo University, 1995-2005. Publications include: Life, Limbs, and the Pursuit of Happiness with Polly Peterson in 2003 and Healthy Jingles for the Mind and Body with Nurse Linda Dumanowski in 2006. Joseph Plumer Bunn, M.D., Pediatrician, B. 1931, Tarboro, N. C., Eagle Scout. Graduated Cum Laud from Woodbury Forest School, VA 1950, Attended Summer School at Harvard University, 1952. B. Medical School and M.D. simultaneously awarded by Duke University, 1957. Member of Pi Kappa Alpha. Past member of Sigma Xi Research Society. Internship at Duval Medical Center, Jacksonville, FL, 1957-1958. Captain, U.S.A. F. Medical Corps 1958-60. Pediatric Residency at University of Florida 1960-1962. Private practice of Pediatrics and active staff at Winter Park Memorial Hospital, Winter Park, Florida, 1062-1996. Director of the Children’s Cardiac Clinic of D.M. S. Orlando 1963-1972. Founder and senior partner of the Pediatrics Group 1975-1990. Married to Katherine with 4 children and 11 grandchildren. Active member of All Saints Episcopal Church and Rotary Club. In retirement developed Windsormere Professional Office Park, Oviedo, Florida and currently serving on multiple community advisory committees.

Polly Anna Peterson,M.A., PH.D., L.C.S.W. B-1968,  Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University in 1990 and received a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland in 1991.  Earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Southern California University for Professional Studies in 1998.  Dr. Peterson has worked in the field of education and psychology for the past 15 years.  She worked for the United States Military in the role of Family Advocacy Manager for 8 years.  Dr. Peterson served as a visiting professor at Guildford College in the UK for 2 years and then upon return to the US she was the Director of the Diagnostic Center at the  Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind.  She has been a professor at Saint Leo University for the past ten years teaching in their online division,  and a past professor and Director of the Academic Center for Achievement at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL.  Currently, she has been the Dean of the Lighthouse Point Academy at the North Broward Preparatory School in Coconut Creek, Florida for the past 4 years.  As of July 1, 2007 she will be appointed the Head of School at the Winston School in Dallas, TX.
