CONTENT OF THE SELF CONTROL BOOK

        This book is different from most adult's books in that it uses medical jingles to convey wellness guidelines about SELF CONTROL for young people and adults. The jingle guidelines are based on medical literature published by top-rated hospitals, medical schools or medical clinics.
